AI agents for companies: what they are and how we implement them

An agent is not a chatbot with a different logo

When I talk about an AI agent I don't mean a chatbot that answers FAQs. A real agent executes real work: it filters and qualifies incoming leads, schedules meetings, attends your customers 24/7 and follows the parameters you define, all integrated into your systems. It's not an auto-reply: it's one more member of the team that doesn't sleep, doesn't forget a follow-up and doesn't let an opportunity slip.

And yet, most "agents" offered today are copies of one another: the same bot, with a different logo. An agent that doesn't understand your business frustrates the customer, qualifies badly and ends up scaring off opportunities instead of capturing them. The value isn't in "adding an AI", it's in how well trained it is for your company in particular.

Two examples of what it can do

Simple: an agent that attends the first WhatsApp contact, asks the right questions to qualify and books those who are ready. With that alone, your team recovers around 40 hours a month (over €600 at €15/hour) that used to go into answering the same thing a hundred times, and no lead is left without a reply at eleven at night.

Ambitious: the same agent, but running the entire front line —every channel, qualification, scheduling, automatic follow-up of those going cold, notes in the CRM— and passing to the team only what needs a person. The saving scales to 100+ hours a month and it stops being an occasional help to become the engine that sustains your lead capture, around the clock.

The secret is not the AI: it is how it is trained

Today anyone can open ChatGPT or Claude and use them —the AI isn't the differentiator—. What not everyone does is put the right logic in: understand a business inside out and translate that into an agent that acts with judgment. We work with the best on the market —Claude by Anthropic, ChatGPT by OpenAI, Gemini by Google— and pick the one that best solves each task, not the trendy one.

We train each agent with your company's full brief: how it talks, its tone, the criteria it filters by, what makes a lead good or bad. It's not a standard agent with a new name: it's one that sounds and decides like your best salesperson.

How we implement it, step by step

How we implement an AI agent step by step

Our order is always the same, and it's what makes the difference: first we understand, then we build —never the other way around—.

StepWhat we do
1. We get inWe understand the inner workings: who does what, how decisions are made, where time is lost
2. We analyze and debateWe define with you what the agent must do and by which criteria
3. We build to measureWe train the agent with your company full brief
4. We iterateThe first months, message by message, until it decides like your best person

That step 4 is the one almost nobody does, and it's what separates an agent that "responds" from one that "sells". An agent isn't switched on and done; it's fine-tuned.

What a well-built agent does

An AI agent sustains lead capture 24/7 while the team focuses

A well-implemented agent handles the repetitive work that eats your hours today: it filters and qualifies every lead, schedules meetings directly in the calendar, attends and replies 24/7 —also on WhatsApp— in your brand's tone, and follows to the letter the parameters we define together. What used to depend on someone being available now happens on its own, at any hour, without a single conversation falling through.

If you want one like this for your company, start by understanding which process is costing you the most time or money. In an AI consulting session we look at it together and, if an agent makes sense, we design it to measure. And if you want to understand the concept first, we explain it in what an AI agent is.

Frequently asked questions

How long until the agent is working? It depends on complexity, but the order doesn't change: first we understand your business in depth and then we build. That diagnosis is what makes it work.

Do I need a technical team? No. We handle the technical part; you bring the knowledge of your business.

What platform do you build it on? The one that best integrates with your systems; we don't marry a tool. What matters is how it's trained, not the brand.

Does it replace my team? No, it frees it: it handles the repetitive so people do what adds value.
