When they contacted us, they were operating in the Gracia neighborhood of Barcelona, but they did not have an online presence. This meant that their clients arrived through what they saw in their shop windows or by recommendation.

It is important to highlight that their service is very exclusive, as they are professionals in film and television, which allows them to offer high-quality results. In fact, we understood that this was one of the distinguishing factors to emphasize.

Problem / need that B&W had

When they contacted The Funnel Box, they wanted to digitize and expand throughout the country, as they had many work teams and believed they could serve thousands of clients who had this type of memories in their homes. Additionally, they mentioned that, according to their perception, this was an emerging and very necessary service. On the other hand, they told us that they did not have a website or social media, but they were open to any strategy we could present to them.

Work Proposal / Solution

The first thing we did was analyze the market and discovered that there was a large audience to impact. We also researched how the competition operated and prepared a plan with estimated results.

The first step was to create a landing page for lead generation to conduct a pilot test with an initial investment, which resulted in attracting very important clients.

This first push allowed us to expand services, conducting a rebranding of their brand, web design, SEO positioning, and advertising campaigns.

Given the continuous growth of the company, we decided it was time to implement a CRM, create work processes, and also help them with hiring staff. This boosted productivity and allowed for greater capacity to take on jobs, which further increased the company's profitability.

Finally, we created an automated funnel for positioning and requesting reviews for the company, resulting in a highly optimized Google profile that generates authority and reputation.
