Branch Managers is a law firm located in Madrid that offers a very exclusive service dedicated to helping companies with economic problems. Thanks to the years of experience of its founders, Leticia and Mónica, the image of their brand reflects authority, trust, and a high degree of satisfaction in their services.
Problem / Need of B&W
The first contact with Leticia and Mónica was excellent; from the beginning, we felt their closeness and professionalism in explaining their needs and expectations. Unfortunately, as happens with many of our clients, they had issues with client acquisition, which was their greatest need. Despite their long history, with this new brand, they needed to grow and have support to guide them in the process of offering their personalized service within Madrid.
Proposal / Solution
The first thing we did was analyze the market to identify where their potential clients were located. Subsequently, we designed a sales funnel that allowed us to qualify the traffic we sent to the website, managing to attract clients every month. This entire strategy was complemented by the installation of HubSpot and a consulting service to analyze and continuously monitor the evolution of the project.
